Mission Statement: To advocate for the rights, and fair treatment of
the ex-offender community, Preparing A Way to successful
reintegration into society as productive, self-sufficient citizens; in
order to obtain true freedom and justice for all.
"Through every period of history there has always been someone that can
see the injustice(s) in society, and who are moved and compelled to address
these issues regardless of persecution, hostilely, confidante or adversary. I
believe these people did not choose to do these works, but was chosen on
behalf of those who these injustices occur. Any form of freedom has never
been free, and have always come as a struggle, with physical endurance,
mental anguish, and a high price tag."
"The United States, have five percent of the world's population and
twenty five percent of the world's Prisoners, those prisoners are
disproportionately Black and Hispanic, and are mostly young and
male" -notes Vincent Schiraldi, president of the Justice Policy
Institute. “The system of slavery in the United States is the key to
understanding the institutionalized racism that infests every level of
our criminal justice system” states Ellen Barry, author of African
American Women in United States Prisons: The Modern State-
Sanctioned Slavery System.
The Emancipation Proclamation that were to free slaves was
profoundly reshaped by The Thirteenth Amendment allowing states
to maintained the ability to determine the contours of freedom.
The Thirteenth Amendment, (Section 1) states: Neither slavery nor
involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime, whereof
the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the
United States, nor any place subject to their jurisdiction. (The key
word is "expect" and being convicted of a crime in the United States
is that exception). The illusion is hidden in the words of The
Thirteenth Amendment where slavery still exist as long as they are
slaves of the State and not individuals.
A Court Ruling in 1871 further empowered States with the whip of the
justice system with unfree labor, (a form of labor not willing given,
forced labor).
[1] For the time, during his term of service in the penitentiary, he is
in a state of penal servitude to the State. He has, as a consequence
of his crime, not only forfeited his liberty, but all his personal rights
except those which the law in its humanity accords to him. He is for
the time being a slave of the State. He is civiliter mortus; (civil death)
and his estate, if he has any, is administered like that of a dead man.
The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of
America provides that no person can "be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law." Therefore, citizens can only
become slaves after having "due legal process" and sentencing by
the courts. Due process might explain why The Justice Department
reported in August 2009 that nearly 7,225.800 men and women were
incarcerated, on probation, in jail, prison, or on parole in the United
States. These men and women are disproportionately Black.
Prisons quickly became transposed when Blacks gained their
freedom- through the assistance of newly designed laws. Prisons
have become the “new” plantations. Prisons have the same effect as
slavery: the destruction of dignity, hope, sense of belonging, control,
free labor, years of bondage and a cry for freedom... They are
identical twins. It is the system that opens the door for your rights to
be stripped once you are labeled a criminal. This is why we have so
many Black men in prison. They have long been the political enemies
of those in power.
Isaiah 61:1] The spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has
anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the
brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison
to those who are bound.

Psalm (91:14 says): I will set thee on high because you have known my name. (Observe that if you climb on high, the position may be
dangerous, but know if the lord set you there it is safe. For he who fears the Lord has nothing else to fear). Isaiah 58:11 says: The Lord sha
shall guide thee continuously.
